The report presents the information about of Research&Education Center Nanotechnologies of the Southern Federal University. The main results are shown for following areas: epitaxial structures grown by MBE, growth of self-assembled A3B5 nanostructures by droplet epitaxy, synthesis of polymer nanocomposites based on graphene, R&D and applications of nanocrystalline films by pulsed laser deposition (ZnO, LiNbO3, BaTiO3), nanostructures for memristive neural networks (BiFeO3 nanoislands, nanocrystalline vanadium oxide films, nanostructures of titanium oxide, ZnO and GaAs oxide), arrays of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes, Focused Ion Beam technology, MEMS.

From 2002 to 2014 Deputy Dean for scientific work of the Faculty of Electronics and Engineering Equipment, Taganrog State Radio Engineering University. From 2014 to 2017 Head of the Department of Nanotechnology and Microsystems Engineering Institute of Nanotechnologies, Electronics and Equipment Engineering.
Since 2008 Director of the Nanotechnology Center for collective use of the Southern Federal University. Since 2014, deputy Director of the Scientific and Educational Center Nanotechnologies of the Southern Federal University
